Premise Universal Composite / Premise Flowable
Premise, a universal composite restorative material, offers high polish, excellent mechanical strength and low polymerization shrinkage all in one system. Three uniquely sized fillers work together to achieve very high-volume loading (84% by weight, 69% by volume).
Material Composition
The body, opaque and translucent shades (except Super Clear) consist of:
- Trimodal filler system
- Prepolymerized filler (PPF), 30 to 50 µm
- Barium glass, 0.4 µm
- Silica filler 0.02 µm
- Resin
- Ethoxylated bis-phenol-A-dimethacrylate
- Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA)
- Light-cure initiators and stabilizers
- Polymerizable organophosphate dispersant
The Super Clear shade is designed to provide a very high level of translucency (70%). Super Clear is loaded 75% by weight.
