Upon completion of the course, you will receive a survey via email. You will have a two-week window to complete the survey. Once completed, your CE credits will be sent to you automatically.
Locate the confirmation email you received upon registering for the event. Click on the modify registration link provided in the email. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
