Successful Single Visit Endodontics Treat More Cases with Increased Success
Course Description
Dr. Garry Bey teaches a simplified technique for performing root canals in one visit with greater success than a multiple visit procedure for both vital and nonvital teeth. The advantages of one appointment endodontics are many, including less post-operative pain, fewer emergency visits and greater patient satisfaction. This procedure can be easily learned and performed by both general dentists and endodontists. Drawing on his extensive experience of over 35 years in clinical practice, Dr. Bey outlines endodontic diagnosis, case selection, quick and effective anesthesia, the creation of a glide path, determination of working length, the management of curved and calcified canals and the location and treatment of the MB2. The advantages of a new advanced nickel-titanium rotary instrument used in reciprocation and apical negative pressure irrigation will also be addressed. A discussion and instruction on 3D obturation will conclude the course. This exciting multimedia program offers solutions for treating straight forward and complex endodontic cases in a single visit.
