What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept all forms of payment except American Express for the online store, Endo direct orders. For University, Community Health Centers and Government accounts we only accept PO's.
What if I need to return a product and obtain a refund?

We’re happy to accept returns for a full refund within 60 days for most items purchased directly from store.kerrdental.com online or through our Kerr Sales Representative.

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase (invoice date).

Items must be in their original condition, undamaged and unopened with factory seals intact.

Kerr Dental will provide prepaid return shipping label and shipping instructions.

Product tied to a promotion can only be exchanged, no credit will be provided.

Products purchased in a kit or set cannot be returned and/or exchanged as individual components.
Our Customer Service team will contact you within two business days with your return authorization number (RMA#) and instructions on how to return the product. Products must be returned with a traceable tracking #, and the RMA# written on the box. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the necessary RMA#.
